Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Pay: $20.00-25.00/hr
Hours: 11am-7:30pm (Monday through Friday) with occasional Saturdays

What You'll Do

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for:
• Monitoring manufacturing processes, product quality, and control points to ensure adherence to the SQF program and quality standards.
• Coaching production employees on complying with food safety and quality guidelines.
• Assisting in label review and reconciliation.
• Performing daily equipment checks.
• Supporting Preventive Controls, SSOP, and GMP programs alongside the QA Supervisor.
• Assisting in record review activities.
• Conducting environmental and sanitation verification through ATP swabbing.
• Training and monitoring production team members on Quality Control and Food Safety Programs.
• Participating in investigations related to quality issues and customer complaints.
• Providing coverage in the absence of the QA Supervisor.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:
MUST HAVE QUALITY ASSURANCE EXPERIENCE

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Independent work ethic with a team-oriented mindset.
• Solid PC skills, including Word and Excel.
• Willingness to learn and train in other applicable programs.
