Quality Assurance Technician

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to accurately document and track quality-related information. Experience working with ERP systems and DocStar document management software is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of materials, components, assemblies, and finished products throughout the production process.

• Verify work performed meets engineering drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.

• Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances, discrepancies, and quality concerns.

• Review manufacturing documentation and maintain accurate quality records.

• Navigate multiple computer systems to enter, manage, and retrieve quality-related data.

• Utilize ERP and document management systems to support traceability and compliance requirements.

• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action initiatives.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to resolve quality issues.

• Support internal audits and continuous improvement efforts.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, aerospace standards, and safety requirements.

• 2nd shift 4:00pm - 2:30am (Mon - Thurs)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Inspection, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or a related industry preferred.

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.

• Strong computer proficiency and experience navigating multiple software platforms.

• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

• Experience with DocStar document management software highly desirable.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

$25/hr.
