Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician to support quality assurance activities within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role involves performing inspections, tests, and documentation to ensure tools, installations, and processes meet strict Client standards, National Code, Manufacturers OEM, and all regulatory compliances. The position requires strong analytical skills, adherence to cleanroom protocols, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Pay: Starting at $50.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and quality checks on tool installations and materials.
- Verify compliance with NFPA 70 and 70E, OEM, specifications, drawings, and Client quality standards.
- Document findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Assist with root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Use measurement tools and test equipment to validate work quality.
- Maintain accurate QA logs, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in safety meetings and follow all cleanroom and PPE requirements.
- Strong communication skills.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Valid and Active TDLR Journeyworker Electrical License.
- Advanced understanding of quality principles, NFPA 70 and 70E, OEM documentation, and inspection/testing techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Experience in cleanroom or semiconductor environments is a plus.
- Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, multi-meters, micro-ohmmeters, megohmmeters, gauges).
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years as a Journeyman electrician level or better.
- Computer skills: Strong MS Office, SharePoint a plus.
- Previous QA, inspection, or technician experience in industrial or high-tech settings.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
