Education: Bachelor's Degree requiredResponsibilities•Design, develop, and execute functional test cases for Pega applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business workflows.•Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.•Validate system functionality against business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring accurate behavior.•Identify, document, and track defects, partnering with engineering teams to support timely and thorough resolution.•Assist with test planning, including defining test scope, estimating effort, and contributing to test strategy development.•Maintain and update test documentation, including regression test suites and functional test artifacts.•Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and support testing activities across all iterations.•Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure quality alignment throughout the SDLC.•Analyze test results, identify risks, and provide clear, actionable feedback to development and product teams.Required Skills & Experience•2+ Years of Professional Experience •Hands on experience with Pega functional testing tools and QA testing approaches for Pega applications.•Strong foundation in Quality Assurance principles, test case development, defect tracking, and regression testing.•Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios, identifying gaps or ambiguities.•Familiarity with Agile/iterative development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.•Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly document and articulate defects, risks, and improvement recommendations.•Experience working with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).Bonus / Preferred Qualifications•Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or related).•Experience with automated testing tools for Pega applications (e.g., PegaUnit, Selenium for Pega UI).•Familiarity with Agile-focused testing methodologies across Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid environments•Exposure to test automation or hybrid testing frameworks.•Experience participating in CI/CD-integrated testing workflows.
