Description
-Define Group standards in coordination with the Business Units
-Structure the network quality frameworks
-Conduct operational and customer experience audits
-Support the centers in their improvement plans
Profile
-Minimum 8 years of experience in quality, operational audit or franchising
-International experience is mandatory, French lanugage skills required
-Exposure to or experience of the U.S. market is appreciated
-Experience with multi-site networks or franchises
