Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Auditor - 2nd shift for a Contract with a client in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate audit findings, and provide actionable recommendations to management.

Rate Range: $20/Hour to $25/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quality Auditor - 2nd shift Job Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine quality control audits to ensure compliance with manufacturing processes, standards, and specifications.

• Review production methods, sequences, and equipment set-ups to verify adherence to required procedures.

• Conduct product and process audits to identify quality issues and ensure conformance with customer and manufacturer requirements.

• Document audit findings, prepare reports, and communicate results to supervisors and management.

• Monitor corrective actions and follow up on audit recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate audit records and assist with quality assurance activities across manufacturing and maintenance operations.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent technical education; certification in Quality Assurance/Quality Control is preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection, quality auditing, or manufacturing quality control environments.

• Strong understanding of quality standards, audit procedures, and manufacturing processes with the ability to identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality management systems, with the ability to generate audit reports and analyze data.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
