Quality Line Auditor
Job Description
The Quality Line Auditor monitors production lines to ensure strict conformance with Batch Records, product specifications, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This role inspects manufacturing equipment for cleanliness, documents audit results with precision, and supports continuous improvement by identifying issues, driving corrective actions, and helping to prevent recurrence. The position offers exposure to a diverse range of personal care and household products and provides clear opportunities for advancement into quality-focused roles over time.

Work Environment
This role is based at a manufacturing facility in Chaska and operates on a Monday through Friday first shift schedule, typically from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The position may require work hours beyond the normal workday depending on business demands and incoming components, with an estimated 5 to 20 hours of additional time over the course of the contract, subject to change as business needs evolve. The work is cyclical in nature and involves moderate to high demand for meeting tight deadlines, with moderate interruptions in workflow due to production and customer requirements. Travel is limited. The physical environment is indoors and can be seasonally cold, hot, or humid. Team members may be exposed to various fragrances, sometimes at elevated levels, and will frequently move and lift objects, including lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. The role requires frequent standing and walking, along with occasional bending, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, reaching, lifting, grasping, repetitive motion, and hand/wrist movements. Work may involve periodic use of a computer terminal for documentation and reporting. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
