Minimum Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age. Must be a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Independent Social Worker or Registered Nurse in Ohio. Quality assurance experience in a related field is preferred. The Quality Auditor & Educator must be responsible, mature, organized, and possess solid communication skills. Must be able to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making skills. The Quality Auditor & Educator must have a valid driver''s license and reliable transportation. Candidate for this position must be willing to use their own vehicle to transport to conduct company business.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Hours Worked: The Quality Auditor & Educator is a full-time position. The Quality Auditor & Educator is expected to carry out the duties and responsibilities of this position during a forty-hour week. At times this position may need to be flexible to carry out various duties as well as to accommodate any emergencies, regulatory/accreditation reviews or to review member services provided outside normal business hours. In addition, travel may be required to other regions outside of the primary region assigned to the Quality Auditor & Educator. If schedule adjustment is necessary, arrangements should be made with the QA & Training Director.
