Quality Control Auditor

What You’ll Do:
- Inspect inbound, outbound, and stored products for quality and accuracy
- Verify orders are picked, packed, and shipped according to customer specifications
- Perform routine audits of inventory, shipments, and warehouse processes
- Identify damaged, defective, or non-conforming products and document findings
- Investigate quality issues and assist with root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate quality inspection records and audit reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety standards
- Work with warehouse supervisors to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits
- Report recurring quality trends and recommend process improvements
- Verify proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of products
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and operational efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with training team members on quality standards and best practices as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or quality assurance experience preferred
- Experience performing inspections or quality audits is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems independently
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
