Job Description

SUPERVISORY Organization: • Organize team members in accordance with operational objectives. • Oversee the allocation of work • Handle administrative matters for your team • Understands and promotes the Quality Management System. • Other duties as assigned.

Team skills development: • Assess your teams individual and collective skills against short and medium-term needs. • Ensure that skills are available and developed. • Conduct individual interviews with each team member and contribute to career development and compensation proposals.

Team leadership: • Delegate and provide the support needed to empower team members. • Oversees communication with teams • Give meaning to real-time" information to unite teams around goals and priorities and jointly identify areas and actions for improvement. • Lead daily meetings with team members • Effectively integrate and quickly adapt to changes in activities and the work environment under optimal safety conditions. • Ensure team unity and help maintain positive employee relations in liaison with relevant support functions. • Other duties as assigned.

OPERATIONAL Performance: • Define and implement actions to meet the safety, quality, cost, delivery, people, improvement (SQCDPI) objectives set for the year: i. Ensure workload/capacity alignment with schedule. ii. Analyze the root causes of failures and implement immediate measures to sustainably resolve issues. iii. Oversee problem-solving in conjunction with the appropriate support functions. iv. Formally define actions that cannot be handled locally and raise them to the next SQCDPI level. • Ensure lifecycle support for production equipment: - ensure that level 1 maintenance us performed, and production equipment is used correctly - contribute to preventive maintenance. • Control inventory levels, perform cycle counts and analyze results. • Responsible for Hoshin Kanri Pillars deployment • Play and active part in production engineering; contribute to achieving milestones. • Accurately report all labor transactions. • Prepares and maintains the inspection documentation (ATP, checklists, etc.), as required • Identify and track non conformances, including containment and verification of NC actions. • Participate in quality audits and the recommendation of improvements in product, process, and documentation to achieve optimum quality • Other duties as assigned. Oversight: • Oversee the production area using dashboards and indicators. i. Anticipate and define any corrective actions that may be required ii. Measure and assess outcomes iii. Communicate on your teams performance • Help define industrial strategy and objective for the production area. • Other duties as assigned.
