Strong leadership, knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and formulation processes are required, along with proficiency in data entry and basic math. Preferred candidates have experience with SAP, MES, or certifications like SQF or HACCP. The supervisor will also promote safety, support continuous improvement, and manage staffing.
