Role Description

This is a full-time on-location role for a Quality/Claims Administrator - Flat Rolled Steel in Lordstown, OH . The Quality/Claims Administrator will be responsible for handling and managing claims related to carbon flat rolled steel products. Daily tasks include analyzing claims, working with mills, paint suppliers, coating lines, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Claims Handling and Claims Management skills
• Analytical Skills for evaluating claim data
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of quality control processes in the steel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• ISO knowledge and experience is a plus
