Requirements
5 years of experience in healthcare systems configuration and QA
Hands-on experience with configuration or advanced claims testing
Experience with managed care systems
Proficiency in claims configuration and root cause analysis
Experience in health plan QA testing
Proficient in functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing
Currently located in California
Qualifications
Experience with health services, population health, or appeals and grievances systems
Understanding of SDLC and change management processes
Experience in training or mentoring junior analysts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
