Quality Contol Supervisor

Essential Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to fill a Quality Control Supervisor position in Des Moines, IA. As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will gain knowledge of the facility, general food and ingredients production procedures, handle tasks through completion and look for ways to improve the process and personal performance.

Requirements for Quality Assurance Technician:

• Able to work independently

• Maintain, monitor and adjust equipment as needed

• Responsible to adhere to all GMP (Good Food Practices), SQF (Safe Quality Foods), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) as required by Plant Regulations

• Conduct and report internal audits & evaluations to management

• Strong attention to detail, analytical, verbal and written communication

• Previous experience in Food production

• Implement and improve quality processes

Responsibilities for Quality Assurance Technician:

• Perform quality checks

• Some managerial duties

• Monitor flow of product

• Ensure finished product upholds standards

• Maintain clean and safe environment
