Quality Control - 1st

• Inspecting automotive parts to make sure they meet customer and company specifications.
• Performing initial, in-process, and final inspections of parts.
• Using measuring and inspection equipment to verify dimensions and quality.
• Identifying defective or nonconforming parts and determining whether they can be accepted or need correction.
• Performing audits of production processes and finished products.
• Checking incoming materials/parts before they enter production.
• Recording inspection results and maintaining quality documentation.
• Working with production employees and supervisors to correct quality problems.
• Following work instructions, company quality procedures, and automotive quality-system requirements.
• Helping identify the cause of defects and prevent them from recurring.
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and customer requirements.
