As a Quality Control Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process while supporting graphic design needs such as label creation and updates. You’ll work closely with production teams, customer service, and the Quality Control team to maintain high standards and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do
As a Quality Control Agent, you will be responsible for:
• Perform quality inspections on products during manufacturing, verifying compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Create, review, and update manufacturing batch records (MBRs), ensuring all documentation is thorough and accurate.
• Review and approve certificates of analysis, SDS sheets, and other compliance documents before products are shipped.
• Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues, identifying non-conformance, and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the raw materials team by inspecting incoming supplies and supporting sampling processes.
• Maintain and update labeling, reference sheets, and other quality documentation as needed.
• Conduct internal audits, including vault, warehouse, and water testing, to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Manage product returns, coordinate with relevant departments, and support inventory control.
• Support graphic design tasks such as creating, editing, and printing labels for internal and external use.
• Maintain and troubleshoot label printers and ensure smooth labeling operations.
• Participate in safety initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement programs within the team.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in manufacturing or quality assurance are a plus.
• Experience with FDA, cGMP, or similar industry standards preferred.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with QA - Quality Assurance.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and databases.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize workload, and work independently.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.
