Job Title:  Quality Control Analyst I
Job Location:  Cincinnati, OH
Job Duration: 6 Months ( Temp. to Hire )
Shift: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift (8:00am - 5:00pm) Temp to Perm ( Temp to perm based on openings and performance)
Pay Rate: $28-31/hr. 

Job Description:
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (Chemistry preferred).
  • Hands-on laboratory experience: recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with compendial testing and wet chemistry techniques.
  • Knowledge of USP, cGMP, GLP, and FDA regulations.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and non-routine chemical testing of commercial, validation, and stability samples following approved methods.
  • Operate analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, UV/Vis, Karl Fischer (KF), and FTIR.
  • Utilize LIMS and Empower systems for data acquisition and processing.
  • Review analytical data, identify OOS results, and support laboratory investigations and CAPA activities.
  • Conduct routine instrument maintenance and peer review of laboratory work.
  • Maintain accurate GMP/GLP-compliant documentation and laboratory records.
  • Troubleshoot analytical methods and instrumentation issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold Right First Time principles.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet departmental and site objectives.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant laboratory environment while managing priorities independently.
