The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Quality Control Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Lexington , MA  .  Details for the position are as follows:

Job Title: QC Analyst I
Location: Lexington, MA (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $43.33–$44.83/hour (W2)
Duration: 8 Months

Job Description

  • Perform routine QC testing to support manufacturing operations for drug substance, drug product, stability, raw materials, and protocol studies.
  • Execute biochemical and molecular assays including A280, SOLO A280, pH, moisture, osmolality, appearance, subvisible particles, enzyme activity, DNA, PCR, free thiol, and SDS silver gels.
  • Maintain GMP readiness of QC laboratories through reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, laboratory housekeeping, and documentation.
  • Review and trend analytical data while supporting operational excellence and 5S initiatives.
  • Participate in SOP updates, quality system activities, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Support laboratory operations and provide assistance to other QC groups as needed.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or a related life sciences field.
  • 0–2 years of laboratory experience in a QC, analytical, or biopharmaceutical environment.
