Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 6:00 AM 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and weekly sample analysis to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Conduct batch certification testing and release of finished products.
- Manage and prioritize testing of raw materials and in-process products (e.g., corn, starch, refinery).
- Maintain accurate, complete, and legible test records in line with company policies.
- Support operations with specialized testing during projects, trials, and surveys.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and follow up on quality actions.
- Calibrate and monitor analytical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, food safety, and regulatory standards.
- Investigate and resolve product nonconformities using root cause analysis tools.
- Assist in training new lab personnel.
- Conduct scheduled microbiological testing of products, water, and co-products.
- Preferred: Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related science field.
- OR: Equivalent laboratory experience in sample testing and quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and food safety standards is a plus.
