Fetzer Architectural Woodwork is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Lead to support our high-end custom woodworking production team. This role ensures every product leaving our shop meets precise visual and dimensional standards.

What You'll Do

• Inspect custom millwork for visual excellence and dimensional accuracy
• Verify finished products match shop drawings and specifications
• Identify, document, and resolve quality issues in real time
• Partner with Engineering, Project Management, and Manufacturing teams to resolve quality challenges
• Track materials and maintain inventory quality controls
• Support continuous improvement in processes and craftsmanship
• Assist with QC training and quality documentation

What We're Looking For

• Experience in architectural woodworking, cabinetmaking, or custom millwork
• Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings/specifications
• Close attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs
• Professionalism, reliability, team-oriented, and pride in your work
