Work Hours: 3am - 3pm Sunday - Tuesday, ever other Wednesday + OT when needed
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour based on experience/ skills

What we are looking for:
The Quality Control Auditor is a detail-oriented professional responsible for ensuring all processed materials meet company quality standards, client-specific requirements, and applicable USPS regulations. This role conducts quality inspections, documents and reports issues, and provides feedback that supports production and process improvement. Works closely with shift supervisors to identify, address, and correct quality concerns while ensuring required procedures and verification processes are consistently followed.

What you'll do:

Auditing
  • Inspect work performed in both Digital Print and Lettershop.
  • Provide feedback to employees and supervisors on quality audit checks.
  • Report all quality problems into the QC module in DirectLink.
  • Identify and actively solve problems discovered during inspection process.
     
Verification
  • Maintain and report records related to Errors and On-Time Delivery in a timely fashion.
  • Participate in the analysis of the information captured and help develop processes or procedures to address where appropriate.
  • Assist with the reprint and accountability process.
  • Enter deficiencies in the verification process into Quality Issues log in Direct Link (ERP / MIS)

Who you are:
  • Inspection or quality experience preferred in print/mail environment
  • High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude in decision-making with a very high level of attention to detail. 
  • Ability to navigate computer and network locations
Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Work Environment: Position operates in a regulated manufacturing print/mail production facility

Physical Demands:
  • Stand and walk for up to 12 hours, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced production environment
Security Clearance: Amsive is a Federal Contractor, and this position may require government security clearance for certain projects.
