Overview: The Quality Control Auditor monitors the quality performance of the production staff by completing quality audits at the beginning of each run and periodically throughout the run. They also work directly with the Quality Manager to identify, mitigate and improve quality performance by documenting and training on procedural changes to the Quality Management System (QMS).
Education & Experience Requirements:
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO,FDA, BSI) is preferred.
Knowledge of Flexographic and/or digital printing or previous experience as a Quality Auditor is preferred.

What you can expect when you are selected:
Monitor production of work orders in all production processes by auditing the First Piece Sign Off (FASO) for all work orders and items.
Periodically audits production of work orders in process by reviewing press retains provided by the operator.
Completes all required Plant Test Methods (PTM) to ensure product performance meets customer expectations.
Through observation, offers improvement opportunities to the Quality Manager or Plant Manager.
Audit electronic art files before submittal to production.
Assist the Quality Manager in the development and implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) documents.
Assist the Quality Manager in training topics related to QMS and corrective action.
Internal auditing of the QMS.
Maintains a clean work area.
Follow established QMS procedures.
Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures.
Adheres to all established safety practices.

Physical Demands:
