Job Title: Quality Control Coordinator
Location: Long Prairie, MN
Compensation: $17.00-$20.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shifts Available

What You'll Do as the Quality Control Coordinator:- Assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and production documentation
- Manage and maintain the document control system and training records
- Support food safety and quality training initiatives
- Update product specifications and maintain accurate raw material and finished goods records
- Coordinate sample requests, preparation, and shipment for customers and R&D
- Support internal and external audits and track corrective actions to completion
- Log and track quality holds, deviations, and compliance activities
- Investigate and assist in resolving customer quality issues and report findings
What You Need to Bring to the Quality Control Coordinator Role:- High energy, self-starter mindset with ability to work independently
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Experience with SQF, GFSI, or food safety programs preferred
- Strong attention to detail and focus on process improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with urgency, accountability, and as part of a team
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and work in both office and manufacturing environmen
