Project: NORTRAN TEMIS (FLOTEL DP3) Job Title: Quality Control Coordinator Location: Worldwide ( currently in Romania) Job Description: MISSION Support the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project Support Project Quality Manager (PQM) / Quality Control Manager (QCM) in supervising the project Quality Control activities Report to PQM / QCM information and data about Project in line with Corporate Guidelines In cooperation with QCM, act as focal point for quality control related matters within the project and in liaison with external entities Support VMT in front of Client with reference any Quality Related Contractual matter being tabled, either specific or day by day Be focal point with reference to QC Inspection being carried out on a specific vessel TASKS Support the PQM / QCM in defining the Project Quality Control System and in identifying needed project quality control plans and QC procedures in accordance with the Company Quality Management System Support the PQM / QCM in planning and allocating QC Supervisor, Inspectors, and only for vessel PTS manning to the various area of the project, ensuring coordination of assigned personnel Review Quality Control Plans, verify that tests, controls and inspections are carried out according to Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans and that personnel has access to all required project documentation For activities on board vessel, to assure that Project QCP / QC comply with the reference vessel, and vessel''s operational profile Identify any QC Inspection Instrument/Equipment missing on board compared with applicable Inspection QC Plan, Procedures and Contract requirements Check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections and agrees on the applicable operating procedures with the organization in charge of the works On board vessels, before demobilizing, carry out QC Inspection Equipment inventory, identify and list any anomaly and report to PQM Ensure correct Project Materials storage, handling, traceability and preservation conditions, as well as conformity to applicable Certification Requirements Review applicable QC procedures, including those relating to special processes Check that material and equipment are correctly received, stored, identified, traceable preserved and handled (if needed) Verify the implementation of the inspection, control and test notification process Check documents certifying tests, controls and inspections carried out and their orderly collection and management, mechanical completion included Verify that tests, controls and inspections are carried out by contractors Verify the correct implementation and application of Quality Tools Verify the implementation of the inspection, control and test notification process Check documents certifying tests, controls and inspections carried out and their orderly collection and management, mechanical completion included Provide specialist support to the PQM / QCM in interfacing with the Client and third parties Verify the correct application and, whenever necessary, the update of site Quality Control Plans/procedures Ensure training of Site Personnel on QC topics Verify proper Non Conformity detection and recording, as well as relevant corrective actions implementation Verify that inspection/control/test reports are verified, recorded, filed and traceable Collect and analyse project QC data to be provided to PQM / QCM, also in view of the Project Quality Management Review preparation Support PQM / QCM in the management of lesson learned process Report Project QC information and data to PQM / QCM by means of Corporate methodologies and tools Prepare Final QC Dossier; ensure same Dossier completeness in compliance with relevant AS Built Dossier Index What are we looking for? Education: Master''s Degree/bachelor's degree in Engineering Languages: English Language skills required Technical Knowledge: Minimum 10 years of experience in the fabrication / construction processes Minimum 10 years of experience as Coordinator of a team of Inspectors Minimum 12 years of experience as Quality Control Coordinator/Inspector Experience on platform installation / Hook Up activities CSWIP 3.2 and / or AWS QC1 and / or PCN welding inspector level 3 and / or IIW - CWI-C (QCC) NACE 2 / or FROSIO 3 Experience Discipline: Welding, Painting, NDT, Piping, Structure, E&I, Mechanical Completion, Material certification. Data Controller and Contact Point Your personal data are processed by Global Projects Services AG, Uetlibergstrasse 134a, 8045 Zürich, Switzerland (GPS or Company) as data controller and the persons or legal entities which process these data on GPS'' behalf as data processors. The contact point within GPS for (i) Candidates who want to exercise their rights under the Federal Data Protection Act (FDPA) and any other data protection laws that may be applicable, in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and (ii) the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and any other data protection authorities competent for the data processing done by the Company, can be contacted under privacygps@saipem.com. Personal Data Processed This Information Notice regarding the Processing of Personal Data of Candidates (Information Notice) applies to all personal data that you (you or Candidate) provide or that are provided to or collected by or on behalf of GPS in connection with your application for a job position advertised by GPS and your evaluation for that position. Personal data are transferred to third parties only under contractual or otherwise binding conditions that the data may only be used for the specific purposes for which they are transferred and not for any purpose for which GPS cannot process them. GPS may transfer personal data to any country outside Switzerland where any other Saipem Group companies have their seat or registered office or any establishment, or anywhere in the world also to any country where no other Saipem Group Company is present. In addition, only in case the data are processed on the basis of your consent, you may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
