Hi-Tech QC Coordinator | Industrial & Mission Critical Projects

We’re looking for a Hi-Tech QC Coordinator to support quality control operations on active industrial and mission critical construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands field operations, stays organized under pressure, and knows how to keep documentation, inspections, and quality processes moving alongside production.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain QC documentation and reporting processes
• Coordinate inspections with customers, internal teams, and QC inspectors
• Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications
• Track and report quality-related non-conformance issues
• Maintain documentation systems that support project reporting and invoicing
• Collect, analyze, and report QC data to site leadership
• Work directly with customer QA/QC teams to schedule inspections and signoffs
• Support project teams in maintaining quality standards throughout installation activities

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of QA/QC experience in construction, steel, or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of shop drawings and construction documentation
• Experience with Procore, Smartsheets, or similar QA/QC tracking platforms
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and installation documents
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in active field environments and fast-paced project settings
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and related software platforms
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Physical & Work Environment

• Full-time role supporting active construction projects
• Exposure to outdoor conditions, elevated work areas, noise, dust, and industrial jobsite activity
• Ability to climb ladders, navigate active jobsites, and work at heights when required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Occasional overtime or weekend work based on project schedules
