Quality Control Technician
Location: Cozad, NE
Pay:
Training Period: $17.75/hour (Day Shift)
After Training: $19.60/hour (Night Shift)
Schedule:
Training (First 30 Days)
6: 00 AM 3: 00 PM for several weeks
Then 9: 00 AM 6: 00 PM for several weeks
After Training
6: 00 PM 6: 00 AM
12-Hour Rotating Schedule
Work 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on
Every other weekend required

Are you detail-oriented and take pride in making sure products meet high standards? We're looking for a Quality Control Technician to help ensure products meet quality specifications throughout the manufacturing process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving and being an important part of the production team.
What You'll Do
Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process
Verify products meet quality standards and specifications
Complete quality control reports and documentation
Identify and communicate quality concerns
Work closely with production teams to maintain product quality
Follow established quality and safety procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation

Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to accurately read a tape measure

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Frequent lifting, bending, and movement throughout the shift
Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
Steel-toed boots required
