Quality Control - Data Entry

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Data Entry Clerk to join their client's team in California. This is a temp-to-hire position with a competitive pay range of $20 - $21 per hour. The role involves ensuring the quality of incoming products and maintaining accurate records to support quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Effectively ensuring the quality of incoming products.
• Identifying and segregating nonconforming product.
• Promptly reporting to the QC Manager on the quality of product inspected.
• Other assignments as requested by Supervisor.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and Internet applications.
• Review QC priority list.
• Review IQC report for the sample lot batch size and exact P.O. number of the product.
• Inspect and test product according to work instructions for specific part number.
• If products are found to be defective, tag the product with a rejected tag and indicate the reason for rejection, P.O. number, part number, date, and inspector name.
• Record the test results and provide them to the QC Manager.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality control procedures.
• Effective communication skills for reporting to the QC Manager.
• Experience in quality control or a related field is a plus.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 1st Shift

Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly wage within the range of $20 - $21, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may be available upon hire.
