We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control processes for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing construction projects. This position is responsible for ensuring all work meets company standards, project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable codes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. POSITION OVERVIEW The Quality Control Engineer will work closely with project managers, field supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed correctly, efficiently, and in compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's -Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and code requirements. Knowledge of NEC, plumbing, and mechanical codes. Experience conducting inspections and quality audits. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 30 Certification Experience with commissioning processes QA/QC certifications or related industry certifications Background in commercial or industrial construction projects
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk jobsites and climb ladders when necessary. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in indoor and outdoor construction environments.
