The Production Final Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, installing, and finalizing agricultural equipment to ensure products meet quality, safety, and performance standards prior to shipment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Assemble components and subassemblies according to drawings, work instructions, and production schedules
- Install final systems including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components
- Perform final inspections and functional checks to verify quality and compliance with specifications
- Identify and correct defects, discrepancies, or assembly issues before product release
- Complete production documentation, work orders, and quality records accurately
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
- Support production workflow to meet output and efficiency targets
- Follow all company safety policies and Cal/OSHA regulations, including proper use of PPE
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve assembly issues
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality consistent with the operational needs of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, in accordance with applicable California law
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Authorized to work in the United States.
- Support repair work or rework as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production deadlines and work flexible hours, including occasional overtime
- Assist with training new employees as assigned
- Comply with all company policies, including California meal and rest period requirements
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related field preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, work orders, and assembly instructions
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT: - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds (heavier with assistance or equipment)
- Ability to use tools and perform precise manual tasks
- Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying shop temperatures
- Required use of PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and protective clothing

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $30.00 per hr.
