SCHEDULE: Full-Time | MondayFriday | 8am 4:30pm | Temp-to-Hire

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform final visual and dimensional inspections on precision machined components and assemblies before shipment.
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
Document inspection results and complete required quality records and reports.
Communicate quality issues with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure timely resolution.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of quality control inspection experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
Experience performing final inspections on precision machined components.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Proficiency using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100 standards preferred.
Experience in aerospace, defense, or other high-precision manufacturing environments preferred.
Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
