Now Hiring: Quality Control

Location: Florence, KY

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour

Rotating Schedule: 2 weeks Tuesday-Friday | 2 weeks Saturday-Tuesday

Day Shift Options: 5 AM-3 PM | 7 AM-5 PM | 9 AM-7 PM

Night Shift Options: 5 PM-3 AM | 7 PM-5 AM | 9 PM-7 AM

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong math skills with the ability to calculate percentages, averages, unit conversions, and rounding.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Job Duties:

• Perform laboratory testing and analysis on incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in a manufacturing and R&D environment.
• Operate injection molding equipment to prepare test specimens for analysis.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, records, and test results.
• Follow laboratory procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple samples simultaneously while maintaining organization and accuracy.
• Comply with all Environmental, Quality, and Safety policies.
• Report any observed deviations from company policies to management.
