What Were Looking For
Associates degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial or Quality Engineering or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of quality technician experience 5-8 years preferred without degree Ability to lift 26-50 lbs Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite Computer literacy and strong data entry skills Flexible working hours Shifts Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills Familiarity with manufacturing processes calibration tools and test equipment Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) Internal combustion engine and gauge performance experience is a plus
What Youll Do as a Production Quality Control Technician
Perform inspections on parts and engines to ensure quality standards Support deviation management and process improvement initiatives Validate inspection data and maintain quality documentation Assist Quality Engineers in audits, investigations, and root cause analysis Conduct tool and gauge calibration audit calibration procedures Participate in customer and internal audits Report and track quality concerns and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards Support OPTICS and quality compliance audits Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement aligned with Rolls-Royces Code of Conduct Execute special projects as required
