Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Warehouse Associate to join our growing manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in the daily operation of our facility, ensuring smooth production flow, proper inventory handling, and quality control. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production area
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (if certified)
Perform quality checks on products and materials
Prepare and stage materials for production or shipping
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist with inventory cycle counts and documentation
Follow safety procedures and comply with company policies
Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and stand for long periods
Forklift certification a plus (but not required)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality
