Partners Personnel is hiring QC Associates for a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This position is responsible for inspecting products and verifying order accuracy to ensure all items meet quality standards before shipment. Job Title: Quality Control
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr.
Job Description:
- Inspect products and orders for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
- Verify quantities, item numbers, and packaging prior to shipment
- Identify and report defects, damages, shortages, or discrepancies
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production and fulfillment process
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality control guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous quality control, warehouse, inventory, or order verification experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to identify discrepancies and follow quality standards
- Basic computer and data entry skills preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic
