PAY RATE: $32.50/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Clearance: Interim Secret clearance required prior to start

• Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM | Training on 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM for 2–3 months

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Perform all types of inspections to support all phases of assembly and manufacturing, including subcontracted and purchased parts.

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and perform mathematical calculations and instrument readings.

• Use basic measuring equipment and instruments to continuity check assemblies and components.

• Demonstrate basic personal computing skills for documentation and inspection tasks.

• Understand and apply workmanship acceptance criteria used on the production floor.

• Document all errors or discrepancies clearly, accurately, and legibly.

• Follow correct procedures and safety precautions to prevent damage to equipment/material and injury to self or others.

• Maintain a neat and orderly work/inspection area.

• Lift up to 15 pounds as needed.

• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Interim Secret clearance required prior to start

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
