Quality Control Inspector Description:
- Perform thorough inspections of manufactured parts and components to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to verify dimensions and specifications
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and protractors
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conforming materials with a high level of accuracy
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed, organized quality records
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance and resolve quality issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized inspection area
- Previous experience in a manufacturing and quality inspection environment required
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or on a team
