Job Description:
Now Hiring Quality Control Inspector
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of quality control experience in the produce or agriculture industry
- Experience with inspections, reporting, data entry, and basic data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Strong math, communication, and organizational skills
- Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards
- Willingness to work weekends and rotate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift 50 lbs or more in a fast-paced production environment
Job Duties:
- Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished fruit products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and quality testing according to product specifications
- Document inspection results, quality issues, repacks, waste, and production activities
- Enter quality data into company databases and prepare reports
- Approve or reject products based on quality, food safety, and customer requirements
- Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with transportation, FDA, USDA, and company standards
- Maintain and calibrate quality inspection equipment
- Report quality concerns and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues
- Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional quality-related duties as assigned
