Candidates should be at least 18, physically capable of lifting 40+ pounds, with experience in manufacturing, reading schematics, and understanding construction standards. Bilingual Spanish skills, strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability are preferred. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Pre-employment drug screening is required.
