About the Role
·Inspect incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products to confirm they meet quality standards, customer requirements, drawings, and specifications.
·Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, multimeters, Go/No-Go gauges, and torque tools.
·Read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria.
·Record inspection results accurately in forms, checklists, spreadsheets, ERP/MRP systems, or electronic quality records.
·Identify, label, document, and segregate nonconforming materials or products.
·Assist with nonconformance reports (NCRs), corrective action, root cause review, and continuous improvement activities.
·Communicate quality issues clearly with supervisors, production, engineering, and quality teams.
·Follow safety procedures, quality processes, and PPE requirements in a manufacturing environment.
Critical Skills We're Looking For
Requirements
·Hands-on quality inspection experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or fabrication environments.
·Strong measuring tool experience, especially calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters, and torque tools.
·Ability to read basic engineering drawings, work instructions, and inspection standards.
