Job Details

Quality Inspector – Manufacturing
Responsibilities

Inspect material goods and finished products on the production line, approving or rejecting items based on engineering specifications.
Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), In‑Process Inspection, and Final Inspection.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using measurement and testing tools.
Communicate required adjustments or corrective actions to Production Leads, Supervisors, and Directors.
Accurately document inspection results by completing reports and logs in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1+ year of continuous experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficient with inspection tools including tape measures, calipers, and other measuring/testing equipment (skills test required).
Working knowledge of GD&T.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to identify, document, and report quality issues to appropriate departments and leadership.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office to review documents and complete reports.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced production environment.
Physically able to stand for up to 10 hours per day, bend, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a non‑aerospace manufacturing environment.

Schedule

Full‑time
Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed
