Hi-Tech QC Inspector | Industrial & Mission Critical Projects
We’re looking for a Hi-Tech QC Inspector to support active industrial and mission critical construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands field installation work, can read prints confidently, and knows how to identify quality issues before they become larger project problems.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Read and interpret shop and field installation drawings
- Inspect installed work for compliance with drawings, specifications, and project standards
- Verify layout, elevations, placement, and installation accuracy
- Document and report quality-related issues and non-conformance items
- Understand project schedules, inspection timelines, hold points, and signoff processes
- Provide daily inspection updates to QC leadership and project management
- Support documentation efforts including inspections, RFIs, handover packages, and project closeout
- Attend internal and customer coordination meetings
- Work closely with field teams to maintain quality standards throughout installation activities
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of QC inspection experience in construction, steel, or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of shop drawings and field installation documentation
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes, specifications, and industry standards
- Experience using Procore, Smartsheets, or similar reporting/documentation systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and related software tools
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in active field environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Physical & Work Environment
- Full-time field-based role supporting active construction sites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Exposure to heights, noise, dust, and active industrial construction environments
- Ability to climb ladders, navigate elevated work areas, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on project schedules
