Position Title: Quality Control Inspector Location: Irvine, CA Work Arrangement: 100% On-site, M-F, 6:00am-2:30pm Position Summary DZYNE Technologies is building a highly skilled team that thrives in the creation of new air and ground vehicles. The candidate will work in a manufacturing environment where projects are expected to meet rigorous quality expectations. The successful candidate will have a key role in our manufacturing environment; as a Quality Control Inspector, the candidate will always be on the floor and will have a direct impact on quality processes. This person is responsible for ensuring that all electrical, electromechanical, and avionics components are fabricated, installed, and integrated into the aircraft in compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and AS9100 standards. This role involves performing detailed receiving inspections, in-process, and final inspections, including visual inspections of wire routing, clamping, connector integrity, and continuity checks. The inspector is responsible for accepting or rejecting assemblies, documenting non-conformities, and verifying that all LRU and harness integrations meet airworthiness requirements prior to final flight release. Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship. Hourly Rate: $40.00-$45.00 per hour Hourly rate depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.
