Now Hiring Quality Control Inspector

Location: Youngsville, LA

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Day Shift: 6 AM - 6 PM

If you've got sharp eyes and take pride in doing it right, this Quality Control Inspector job in Youngsville has your name on it. You'll inspect, measure, and make sure every product meets the mark before it hits the floor.

What It Takes to Inspect With Us

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in basic math and measurement interpretation
• Ability to use and maintain precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Doing The Shift Right

• Use and maintain micrometers and other measurement instruments
• Verify work to be completed using Work Orders
• Perform zinc/manganese phosphate and/or grit blasting processes
• Stamp, paint, and stencil products as required
• Apply thread compound and install thread protectors
• Maintain accuracy in measurements and basic math calculations
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete production tasks
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
