Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of components and finished products according to documented specifications, drawings, procedures, and work instructions
Conduct label inspections and non-sterile inspections for non-complex implants
Accurately record inspection results in the computerized quality database
Transact parts in the inventory control system (JD Edwards)
Initiate Quarantine Tickets (QTs) for nonconforming product following prescribed procedures
Support and follow all company policies, procedures, and GMP requirements
Meet established productivity and quality targets
Collaborate with team members while working independently on inspection tasks
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall quality assurance goals
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED required; some college or technical training preferred
0–2 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing (medical device experience is a plus)
Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints
Basic knowledge and experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, video measurement systems, and plug gauges
Working knowledge of GMP compliance for Class II medical devices and ISO 13485 preferred
Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and database experience
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Self-starter who can work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team

Compensation: Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance with potential for overtime and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
