Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>


<\/span><\/span><\/div>
  • Implement and support various GMP regulations with primary focus on process inspections of manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Complete Incoming Quality Checks and record results<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Communicate issues/failures with the line supervisors and QA Manager<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Review and approve batch records, line clearance, and 1st quality checks/ samples<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Release product and finished goods<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Review and approve DHR documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Serves as role model and provides training to facility areas for GMP Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Perform SIP audits, documentation control checks, specification control checks, equipment calibration checks.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assist with QA document creation and review, the development of work instructions and manuals and training lessons and administrative support<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate Sensory Program/Panelist<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Troubleshoot root cause analysis<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain NCR, CAR, and Customer Complaint programs/files<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Adds additional resource for Sensory Lab and Panelist Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Travels to other facilities as needed<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Other duties as deemed necessary<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Ability to perform, record inspections and observations accurately, prepare, present records and reports and observe safety precautions and regulations such as GMP's<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Working knowledge of Word and Excel<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Demonstrate ability to work under pressure with accuracy and efficiency<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to evaluate quality control and quality assurance statistics<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Must be willing to work overtime or off shift if necessary<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Mist be able to read, write and speak fluent English<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Must be able to work in a warehouse/manufacture setting<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time'Must be able to lift 25 -30 lbs<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Must be able to handle strong odors<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
