Utilizes gages templates and other manufacturing aids to ensure that all product meets the established specifications for reliability and workmanship. Ensures that all required process operations have been performed on the product that is being inspected. Enters and upload all quality data in or from the appropriate electronic or manual systems. Notifies the appropriate personnel Production Supervisor Line Lead Quality Engineer if unusual product defects are identified or if process yields fall below acceptable levels. Tag any non-conforming product to visual segregate from finish good product. Provides timely feedback to manufacturing if non-conforming product is identified. Review non-conforming product returning from customer and keep insolated from regular finish good product. Accurately completes all administrative activities associated with quality inspection. Performs process audits and assists manufacturing with the interpretation of the quality and workmanship standards. Assists with the disposition of all non-conforming materialsproduct. Update system when the material gets loaded and ship to internal sites.This is a full timeopportunity.The ideal candidate will have Minimum of 2 years of related experience Ability to manage computer to capture information on excel files or date software collections. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees leads and supervisors of the organization. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions.
