Quality Control Inspector

Duties/Responsibilities.

·         Complete inspection of incoming materials per engineering drawings, specifications, and Quality Inspection Plans.

·         Complete and review First Article Inspections (FAI).

·         Work closely with other teams such as Assembly, Fabrication, Warehouse and Engineering.

·         Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans.

·         Perform manufacturing in-process and final inspections and testing per inspection plans as required.

·         Support new product development activities as needed.

·         Proposing improvements to the production process

·         Any other duty as assigned.

Requirements

·          The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings required.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

·         Must be motivated and work with minimal supervision in a start-up fast-paced environment.

·         Computer skills include Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), email, and other common programs.

·         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

·         Troubleshooting skills

·         Keen attention to detail

·         Computer and math skills

·         Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers.

·         In-depth understanding of company standards

·         Teamwork and collaboration

Physical Requirements:

·         Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, unassisted.

·         Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
