Job Description

Position: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Pryor, OK
Shift: Days 6:00am - 2:30pm
Payrate: $18.00 per hour

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that manufactured products meet company quality standards and customer specifications. This role involves inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished products, identifying defects, documenting findings, and working with production teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for compliance with quality standards.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and rulers.
Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality issues during production.
Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production personnel.
Conduct first-article, in-process, and final inspections.
Review specifications, blueprints, and work instructions to verify product requirements.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in manufacturing quality inspection preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
Proficiency with measuring and testing equipment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills for data entry and report preparation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
