JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Conduct random Quality Audits daily.
These include dock audits, product audits, process audits, 1st off-inspection audits, and countermeasure effectiveness audits.
If non-conformances are found notify TL and/or GM to solve the issue.
Contain suspect products when larger quantities are found.
Inspect applicable service units.
Create and review quality alerts with production.
Assist Production Lines with Problem-Solving projects.
Special inspection requests.
Audit win numbers on glass were applicable.
Train new team members to quality standards.
Complete receiving inspection per schedule.
Other tasks/assignments as assigned by the Quality Group Manager or Quality Manager.
This is a full-time position and requires regular attendance and possible overtime.

Expected pay for this role is between $24.49 to $26.28 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
