What Makes You the Right Fit
- 2-6 years of quality assurance or inspection experience, preferably in the electronics or power industry
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related technical field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Familiarity with standard measurement tools and inspection techniques
- Excellent documentation and communication skills

How You Keep Quality Tight- Inspect products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications
- Monitor production processes for quality assurance and compliance
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, rulers, and gauges to test and verify product specifications
- Approve or reject finished products based on quality criteria
- Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate findings to production and quality teams
